International Orders and Drop Shipping FAQs

Can I register as an international customer online?

No. Customers without an ABN cannot register online. International customers must deal directly with us via email or phone.

How do I place an order as an international customer?

When you contact us, we will ask:

  • Which country are you ordering from?
  • Do you have a local agent, or should we ship the goods directly to you?
What happens if I have a local agent?

There are two options:

  • We charge GST, invoice your agent, and they manage GST claims themselves.
  • We invoice you directly and do not charge GST.
Important: Your agent is responsible for providing a Dangerous Goods (DG)
certificate. We do not provide this for local agents.
What happens if I want the goods shipped directly from your warehouse?
  • We handle DG paperwork for air or sea shipments.
  • We provide an invoice for freight, which you can pay us, or you may arrange pickup.
  • Arranging freight through us ensures compliance with GST regulations because we are
responsible as the exporter to verify goods leave Australia.
How are international freight costs calculated and why do they vary?
  • Costs depend on weight, dimensions, shipping method (air or sea), and distance.
  • A quote is provided after order confirmation and payment.
  • Consolidated shipments via agents are usually cheaper than direct air freight.
  • Rough air freight estimate: $5 AUD per bottle (varies by destination).

Do you provide Dangerous Goods (DG) certificates?
  • Direct shipments from our warehouse: Yes, we handle DG paperwork.
  • Via a local agent: No, the agent is responsible.
Do you offer drop shipping?

Yes, but only for existing perfume sellers:

  • Must already sell perfumes on a website with a customer base.
  • Minimum volume: 100+ bottles per week.
  • We can dispatch directly to your customers within 24 hours.
  • Shipping options: use your courier account or ours (we invoice handling).
  • Website integration fees: $1,500–$2,500 AUD depending on requirements.
Can anyone start a drop shipping account?

No. Drop shipping is only for established sellers, not new startups.

How do I verify if I can place an international order?

You must provide:

  • Business email and website matching location
  • Physical store or warehouse address
  • Annual purchase quantities
  • Existing buying history (preferred but not mandatory)
How are GST and invoices handled?
  • Local agent: may pay GST and reclaim locally.
  • Direct shipment: GST not charged, but goods must leave Australia.
  • All necessary invoices for products and freight are provided.
Can I purchase small quantities?

Yes, but very small orders (<$1,000 AUD) may not justify DG handling and international
freight. Many customers consolidate orders with an agent.

Can I contact you directly for orders?

Yes:

  • Email your business profile.
  • We verify your account, provide price and stock list.
  • Orders can be placed via email or through an international account.
